following up on starre's post earlier this week on actforlove.org, the personals site for radical types, i just discovered (after receiving a reply to a bug report i'd lodged) that the site is operated by john hlinko, the man behind justsayblow.com and students for a drug free white house. john and i had been in touch shortly after bush's inauguration, trying to arrange for him to come and speak at a thursday night bush bash, tho unsuccessfully.

john has recently launched a subcampaign to promote actforlove, rumsfeld.org, which pledges to donate money to peace-oriented causes in donland rumsfeld's name, for every person who signs up for actforlove via that url.
