koppel trashes doj on patriot & the greatest videoblog ever

check out the video of ted koppel on the patriot act from nightline this week. he rips into a justice department spokesperson and gets her to admit that the bush administration is designating enemy combatants at their will, denying them the protections of the constitution. he closes calling them boneheads that would make the founding fathers wretch!

lisa rein, who ripped the video, simply rocks my face. her video is hosted by the internet archive which is run by the library of congress. thus your tax dollars pay for this site, which, i might add, has a large archive of daily show footage. take full advantage! it's non-stop goodness. (c/o aphid)
