with the war in iraq looking closer to over every day, it would seem futile to continue protesting the war, right? i mean, sure they never found any chemical weapons...what difference does that make? it's over! the iraqis yanked down a statue and stole office furniture! so what if their children are missing limbs and the others will suffer deformities from depleted uranium. they don't seem to mind. they've got freedom chairs!

i mean, sure, american corporations entrenched in the current administration are circling overhead like vultures awaiting a contractual feeding frenzy. that's just our tax money, not theirs. we're through... so it don't matter, right?
