the people's poetry gathering, lower manhattan's "woodstock of words," kicks off this friday, with readings and panels throughout the lower east side at such venues as the bowery poetry club, angel orensanz, the nuyorican & two boots theatre. give the schedule a looksee... some good shizzle goin' on.
