faking the evidence

cia investigator david kay says there are no weapons in iraq—yet. i guess they still have to plant 'em. or fabricate 'em. remember those "mobile weapons labs" that turned out to be legally acquired munitions rigs? yeah, now they're reinvestigating those. i wonder what "evidence" will turn up now that they have NOTHING to go on.
